It is projected that the new plant is worth £17 million. First announced this year, 2018, the new acquisition is an additional production facility to OSI Group’s original capacity. Until now, the new plant has processed about 24,000 tons of chicken from the 12,000 tons that OSI Group used to produce before the acquisition.

Baho Food

In 2016, OS Group acquired Baho Foods. The Dutch facility specializes in the manufacturer of deli meats, snacks, and convenience foods. Although the financial terms of the contract were withheld, it is evident that OSI Group ventured into a new, beneficial business.
